No Content displayed in Jira Dashboard

After restoration of JIRA backup,  unable to see the content in the gadgets in the JIRA Dashboard. I tried even after reindexing.  How to troubleshoot what went wrong?

We would need to see the full logs for this instance to know what the issue is. If you have a valid support license, this may be better off handled in a support ticket. https://support.atlassian.com/

Hi krishnan,

The issue is with some plugin please check whether all the plugin are compatible with the jira version or disable all plugin and check if it work then you need to identify the exact plugin which is not compatible by disabling one plugin at a time.
