Nice reply to unknown users on mail handlers

Currently in JIRA 6 when the automatic user creation is of and no default reporter is selected. Every issue reported by email will be "silently ignored". It is possible to change this behaviour? E.g. send a nice email to inform that they have to registered first.

Out of the box, this is not possible. It might be possible that the JIRA Enterprise Mail Handler, and though this is a 3rd party sold plugin, it might be worth looking in to for you.
