I've created a couple of new noticiation schemes and associated them with a project of mine. None of them work (send notifications). It appears like the default notification scheme is the only one that will send notifications. I've even made a copy on the default scheme and associated the copy with a new project, and even the exact copy of the default doesn't work.
JIRA version: 7.2.3
Installation: Standalone/On Premise
Any help regarding this would be greatly appreated. Thanks!
