New users cannot login "Your account is not yet available in this OnDemand instance."

Hi,

I have just created a new user in our JIRA. When trying to log in with the username and password, I get the following message :

"Your account is not yet available in this OnDemand instance". Despite the fact that the user has been granted access & has been added to jira-users group and developpers group.

Could you please help?

I would say that maybe the user is confusing the username used to login in the application, with the display name or email, which can't login into the application, but I would need to look into it further to say that for sure..

I'd strongly recommend you guys to raise a support ticket at support.atlassian.com, so that Atlassian engineers can help you further with it.
