Couple of the users I added to my Jira Cloud account (free) is not receiving their invitation via email.
I have attempted to resend the email several times and also removed and re-added the users. I see that people in the past have also run into this issue and I wonder if this is what's happening here? I can't submit a support ticket because I am currently on the free version of Jira.

Check your email for the ticket number. You can reply to that email with a list of affected users, but someone will help you shortly.
