New user didn't get verification e-mail

Hi team,

We have new user defined into Jira, but he didn't received any verification e-mail from atalssian.net

We have tried with other users from the same community/organization and they are able to receive password reset email.

We have also checked the email settings of this user and there are no any black listed senders.

Could you please verify logs and provide more info.

I can give you user details in a private msg.
