Case 1 : I am using Jira On-demand.I have configured issues/comments creation from mails using email handlers and all the persons added in mail's cc are getting added as Issues watchers but when relying if we are adding new persons in CC then they are not getting added as the watchers.....Please suggest a solution for this problem.
Case 2: I want to set the priority automatically from the mail's subject line without using any plugin and also want to capture few more details from mail in issue's fields ..... Can it be possible without using plugins.If not please suggest some good plugin for the same...
