Hi, I want all new issues that are created in our board to end up at the top of the board. Now when we create a new issue it is automatically drawn to the bottom of the column. Can anybodody help with this?

There is an open ticket JSWCLOUD-5368. Please vote and watch it.
Alternatively, you can change the board filter and order issues by created. But you will lose ranking feature.
