New account showing "Invitation Pending"

We have added a new account and received the invitation email.  Selecting the "Join them now" link an successfully completed the account creation in the Atlassian portal.

However the account still shows Invitation Pending and has done for some time. Is this normal?

Same issue. I created an account for myself to begin learning Jira, and it says "invitation pending" for myself! Probably not a huge deal but its quite annoying...

Yes, if the account is working and you can continue to work, this is normal.
Just write to support if nothing changes within 2 days

I am facing the issue. I have invited a User and the user joined and signed-in successfully. But, 'Invitation pending' shown for the user. I am unable to add this user as Component Lead.
