New Users do not recieve an email notification

last friday I added three new users to Jira. All three didn't recieve an email to join the project.

Another user I create 23 august recieved an email. For another user, who I created a few weeks ago, the resend worked within a minute. He recieved the email ...has invited you to JIRA.

Hi Norbert

First simple check - are you sure you've got the e-mail address correct? I always copy it from Outlook to ensure no typos

Yes, I'm sure I copied them from our mail programme.
