New Priority Icons display in Firefox, but not IE

Beverly Flegel March 7, 2013

We've done our best to match the type (.gif) and dimensions of the original icons (15x15), but they will not display in IE - we've bounced our test environment a few times. Is there a tag or some other requirement missing?

Also, do these have to be .gifs? Can they be .png? I've not found any icon requirements noted in any jira documentation I've searched.

We did that, no change. We also bounced JIRA and no change.

May I know you're using which IE version? Currently, JIRA only support IE 8 and above and try to turn on and off from compatiblity mode.
