Omer Shoval Shakked December 3, 2018

Can't see newly created issues in brand new Kanban classic board

Steps:

  1. Go to project page
  2. Create new project - Classic Kanban (Name: test)
  3. Create a new issue via the cross icon on left side of screen
  4. New issue name: test (it is in the correct project)

Result:

Issue is not visible in the board

2 years later - I hope you found a solution @Omer Shoval Shakked , haha :-P

For anyone else who run across this issue, the problem I often have to fix is the sub-filter which is set to something. Remove that and all the issues appear on the board. It's in the board settings, just click the edit-pen on that line.

Hope it helps someone :)

Hello Omer,

Have you checked Unmapped Statuses?

Board -> configuration -> Culumns -> Unmapped Statuses on the right

So i've seen these answers in other issues.

First, off there is no status in the Unmapped statues column.

Secondly, does it work for you? As you can see from the explanation this is a brand new, out of the box, hasn't been touched project. You can try to recreate it and see if everything works correctly for you.
