New Gen Jira - Inconsistent display of the sprint board

Big problem for displaying user-assigned story with unassigned tasks on spint board 

Case: 

- we have story (assigned to user) which has created subtasks - those subtasks are not assigned story number in my screens - whn 1780

- story is assigned corectly to user and active sprint 

Problem:

When we have select option sort by :

- sort by subtask - we can't see this story on sprint board 

returns 5 tasks To Do but none of them is searched whn 1780

- when we use sort by none - we see story but all of different tasks visible before - now is unavaliable on board - returns 3 tasks To Do

Problem makes very difficult checking spint status

I got answer from Jira suppot - they have bug for this
