There are many issues issues closed. I need to see who has closed the issue on my issues column. how to get the updatedby cloumn or details to see who has closed / re-opened the issue without going to the history of the issue.
I don't think that Updated by is available as a column natively in any Jira view that I'm aware of.
If you're looking for a native solution, you could probably use Jira Automation to detect the last updater and write the name into a custom field, and then add the custom field to your issue list. I haven't done this myself though, so I can't comment on the details.
Alternatively, if you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, you'll have more options. I'll add more information below.
Hope this helps,
Best,
Hannes
... and just to expand on the last point: If you're open to solutions from the Atlassian Marketplace, this would be available out of the box in the app that my team and I are working on, JXL for Jira.
JXL is a full-fledged spreadsheet/table view for your issues that allows viewing, inline-editing, sorting, and filtering by all your issue fields, much like you’d do in e.g. Excel or Google Sheets. It also comes with a long list of so-called smart columns and history columns that aren’t natively available, including last updated by user.
This is how it looks in action:
As you can see above, you can easily sort and filter by your smart and history columns; you can also use them across JXL's advanced features, such as support for (configurable) issue hierarchies, issue grouping by any issue field(s), sum-ups, or conditional formatting.
Any questions just let me know!

If you don't mind apps, you can check Issue History for Jira from my team. You can have "Updated by" in a separate column as well as any field you want to track. Here is an example:
