Need to view list of certain subtasks of whose parent ticket STATUS are ON HOLD

hi,

can any one help to find a solution on this.

I Need to view list of certain subtasks of whose parent ticket STATUS are ON HOLD

example

Project = ABC

subtask issuetype = development (the list of subtask tickets)

parent ticket issuetype = Production (parent ticket)

and Status of parent ticket is on Hold (status of parent ticket).

please help me to find the right filter !!!
