Need to search ticket Flow from one status to another, based on Different shifts

Hello Friends,

We are Working on various shifts From Morning 06 AM to 03:30 PM and next shift start from 03:00 PM to 12:00 AM.

I want a query, to manage how many Tickets From "PROJ = WIP" and status changed from X to Y on  Morning 06 AM to 03:30 PM 

I tried this below query and does not help to identify the exact count:

project = "WIP" AND type = "XR" AND createdDate >= "2019-03-25 06:00" and createdDate <= "2019-03-25 15:30" AND status changed to "Y"
