I have more than 100 values for select list custom field. Adding one by one is time consuming. Is there any way, where I can enter all those values at at time .

You can *carefully* run an INSERT script in the database (main table: customfieldvalue) or, if you've got more cases like this, use a plugin to get those values from a database (e.g., https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.keplerrominfo.jira.plugins.databasecf)
