Need to create a custom jira service desk report based on Organization VS Issue Type

Hi,

Currently am not able to create a customer Jira service desk report which will basically give statistics of issue types (Incident Report/ Support Request/ Feature Request etc) of various organizations/customers using our Jira support desk .

The report should have the count of various Issuetype for all the available organizations/plants in the rows .

Have attached a sample screenshot which explains my requirement.

Can you please guide us with the steps in creating this report .

The associated Jira fields are:

Organizations = Organization/Customer

issuetype = Various issue type /categories.

Please let us know for any other clarifications.

I saw that the ticket was resolved and was suggested for you to use an add-on to be able to get the reports and it worked:
All-In-One Reports for Jira
Charts & Reports for Jira ServiceDesk
