Block auto-close in service desk

With respect to above subject. we facing the problem that its automatically closed the ticket after resolved  after three days . can you please help to resolve.

Hi Sekhar,

This must be related to automation on JSD.
Just to make sure that we are on the same page, are you using Jira Service Desk?
If so, please go to the Project settings > Automation and search for the respective automation. You can either disable or delete the automation.

If you are using Jira SW or Jira Core, please let us know more details about what is happening and if you are using some add-on.

If you face any issue or have any other question, please let us know.
