I need to be able to filter all the issues arriving from yahoo.com for example.According to JIRA Service Desk documentation, "Reporters" field does not support the "contain ~" operator.
Is there any workaround to be able to filter this? Maybe to add a specific field on the requests types and make the user to enter a specific information that allows me to know what i need from him?
I can't think of a way around this without scripting or coding, which you can't do on Cloud.
I suspect you've already worked out the best approach - get the user to give you some data item that enables you to classify them.
