I set up JIRA and found cpu peak many time , need to know the root cause.

It could be almost anything.  User or script usage are the usual culprits, but might have to be triggering things in add-ons.

You'll need to do things like monitoring load and getting thread traces to find out what is stressing the CPU

My team already buy support from jira, not sure do you have engineers to support us directly.

so i can send log for investigation?

We're not support here, we're a community of end-users like yourself.

I'd have a look at the log for yourself, but as you suggest you've got a licence, you can raise it with https://support.atlassian.com too.  However, I'd recommend logging in as an admin, going to "support tools" and reporting the issue via that - it can bundle up logs, system information and other data that Atlassian will ask for, and create the call for you.
