Need help publishing workflows and schemes

Hi, I changed one of the workflows I wanted to use on a project but for some reason the Publish button is greyed out. I've used the same 2 on several other projects and can't understand what the issue is. I also want to change the scheme which should be easy once I choose the workflows. But I'm totally stuck. Not sure why this isn't working for this one project. Side note, we recenlty cloned our Prod enviroment to Test and the project in Test has the correct workflow and scheme I want. So what's up in Production?

It looks like you solved this issue while working with Atlassian support. The support engineer's notes on your ticket mention:

"...JIRA wouldn't let us modify the workflow directly in the project when it was shared to other projects."

I am just posting this after the fact for others in the Community who may experience a similar issue.
