Need assistance to streamlined JIRA & Agile (Confluence)

Hi Team,

We are product based company using JIRA & Agile (Confluence) from past 7 months for software development and recording any issues arises at our customer end.

Initially, we used in-house expertise to setup workflows, agile board and dashboards for teams. But as time started to roll out, our management team expected for an insights on how our product is performing, employee matrix and other type of management reports.

Unfortunately, when we tried to pull these type of data from JIRA or Agile, we faced lot of challenges..few are mentioned below for your reference.

  1. Unable to find Response/Resolution time on any given incident. (Support Team)
  2. Unable to find who was the owner in QA/Dev team on any ticket, on which assignee was changed multiple times. (QA & Dev Team)
  3. We require time spent by an engineer to be recorded automatically on any given ticket.  

So, we are hoping that your professional assistance could help us to fill these gaps.

Note: We are not using JIRA Service Desk
