Need a Product Management Dashboard

Hi Team,

We are using JIRA cloud in our Organization and our Product Management Teams requirement is that they  want a dashboard where Non JIRA user can propose a feature request and ask a question about our applications. How can this done in JIRA cloud. For ex we want something similar to below

Can you please suggest how this can be done

This can be done by:

1. JIRA issue collector (Anonymous access)(Users will not be able to see the status of the bug/issue/question on the app only mails)
2. JIRA service desk (Will require login of non JIRA users there account login will not be under your license)
3. Using another Atlassian product called Confluence and opening up a space to annanamass access. (Will not look like JIRA and dose not have issues and filed and such)

In the example you have raising an issue does require an Atlassian account. To to this on your JIRA cloud will require non JIRA users to be JIRA users.
