Need Help.Not able to create a JIRA ticket.(Error - User 'xxxx' doesn't have the 'Delete Issues')

Hey Everyone,

I am not able to create a JIRA ticket since yesterday.

The error message displays 'User 'xxxxxx' doesn't have the 'Delete Issues' permission'.

I am guessing that it would be related to permissions and access, but I am not really able to figure out the exact reason for this.

Any help would be appreciated.

So this would most  certainly be an odd error for trying to create issues. The error is mentioning delete issues are you creating or deleting issues? Regardless check within the project >project settings > permissions and see if the user has creat/delete issues permissions. BTW, deleting issues is not generally a good idea and my recommendation would be to have that permission only for admins.

It is related to the workflow. 

delete the validator from when you create the ticket.
