My subscription was cancelled, could i recover the site?

They suggest contacting atlassian to get a copy of the data, would this data copy allow me to create the site with the sprints we have done still there. 

I reduced the amount of emails that had invites to the site but this has not recovered access.

The reason i did not take action until now is because i thought the emails saying it would be cancelled were phishing emails, not i've lost access to my teams work. 

Now i know it wasn't a phishing email scam, but i've just lost access, how can i get it back.

I reached out with the correct prompt this time about extending a trial this time hope they get back to me.
