My custom fields are not being populated from JETI

I have looked everywhere but my custom fields I have created for To, Cc and Sender are never populated when a new ticket is created. Everything else seems to be working but without this functionality it's not doing what I need.

JIRA VERSION: Version : 5.2.11

Seems that you already have the details of the plugin vendor. Have you tried to also contact them to ask about the issue that you are having with it?
