In the month of Julho/2013, if I remember correctly, I bought a project in Jira ondemand mode, and created my project, I added my various issues, and a week ago had tried to access the project and gave a message that was in maintenance and was to access later, so it was for a few days. Today I was trying to access and not access, inconsistent page.
Follow the link to my project: https://dash4fun.atlassian.net/
Where is my project and my issues? What is happening? This is one of the problems in ondemand mode! Please help me!
I would suggest you file a support ticket at https://support.atlassian.com as dash4fun.atlassian.net does not exist. Additionally, you should be able to login to https://my.atlassian.com using the email you signed up for OnDemand with to check the status of your account.
Hi there,
May I know if the license for our OnDemand instance has expired? This is because I think that after a certain period of time after the expiry of your OnDemand license, the instance would be taken down.
So, I would recommend that you check whether or not your license is still valid :)

Hi,
I believe that may be even the license has expired. I have an account with at atlassian email cleveland.soares@gmail.com and this e-mail not received warnings for bill payment ondemand. As the project is experimental dash4fun.atlassian.net, I may have used another email account and I confess that I do not remember which email was used. Could you please remind me which email account dash4fun.atlassian.net project? Thank you.
