My Jira On-Demand instance has slowed to a crawl.

Hey guys,

We had been a bit in-active on Jira and coming back after 2 weeks the instance has been very slow. What if anything should we do?

Hi Habeel,

This isn't something that can really be worked on from your end, it'll require our engineers to take a look at the performance for the instance from the back end. Could you please raise a support request at support.atlassian.comexplaining the issue. Please note in your explanation any specific times you see the instance perform worse than it usually does.

Could you please also generate a HAR file for our inspection (http://help.tenderapp.com/kb/troubleshooting-single-sign-on/generating-an-har-file) during a time of slowed performance and attach that to the ticket for our inspection?
