Multiuser picker custom field with group specific user filter in jira 6.1.6

Hi,

We need to use a multi user picker custom field in Jira 6.1.6 where user options populate from a specific user group.

We tried some plugins availaible at atalssian market palce such as:

Custom User Pickers, User Group Picker.

Though Custom User Pickers plugin was able to meet the requirement functionally. But it provides a UI which looks inconsistent with Jira 6.1.6(Although we installed a version which was compatible with Jira 6.1.6).

The "User Group Picker" plugin provides filtering for single user selection(not multi userpicker).

Please suggest any suitaible plugin which can meet the above said requirement.

With the latest version of JIRA (from 6.2 I guess), you don't need any plugins for this. You can just configure a filter on the user picker under the custom field configuration.

My recommendation would be to upgrade!

Hi Jobin, unfortunately this is only possible for single user picker fields (referring to https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-7659). Just like Alok, I need this functionality for multi user pickers.
