I am looking to create a project which is be treated as a product backlog
there would be 7 teams working in these product backlog hence i would like
- to create team based backlog based on product backlog
- every team backlog has its own independent sprint so if i they open their team backlog they can view only their sprint and their team backlog
- is it possible to create team groups within one project i.e ( memebers are categorized based on their teams)

This is feasible.
You can use some fields to distinguish the backlogs of different teams. Each team can share a board, or you can use Filter to create a board by team.
