Is it possible to configure multiple outgoing emails addresses when responding to tickets instead of just one?
Hi Rahim, first the documentation referenced is for Confluence server, I think you meant JIRA service desk.
There is a way to configure it, Project settings -> Email requests -> Custom email address.
In case you have any doubt - JIRA service desk.
And if it is not what you meant, please let me know so I can do a better understand of it.
