Multiple issue selector linking

Version :JIRA (v5.1.6#785-sha1:8d9ee55)

Regarding the feature "more actions => link" on an issue (with issue linking activated,...), before some unknown changes, it was showing

  • "Issue selector" popup with multiple checkboxes / filter search [https://jira.atlassian.com/secure/thumbnail/42196/_thumb_42196.png]

Now, the popup is only showing

  • Simple search or advanced search. But no way to have "multiple" selector

I've checked around JIRA documentation and for version 4 (https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/JIRA041/Linking+Issues), I see similar feature as "Issue selector", and for 5.1.X, I see what I'm getting now (search for an issue, no way to have multiple select) [https://confluence.atlassian.com/display/AOD/Linking+Issues]

But I have JIRA 5 since months, so this change is really strange...

Is there a way to get back the "bulk" issue selector ?

Hi there,

I notice there is bug report raised to Atlassian developers to work on it. Please see https://jira.atlassian.com/browse/JRA-30307 for reference. There is a workaround for you to reffered. Happy Merry Chrismas.

All the best,

John Chin
