Multiple email recipients in comment, resolving ticket.

Hellou!

I can't figure out how to add multiple recipents when "resolving" a Jira ticket. (not sure what this part of Jira is called.. Servicedesk?)

Tried ; , as separators but they seem to cause the entire mail to be dropped.

Hello,

A project can be a service desk project or other type of projects. First of all if you are using a service desk project, you can use request participant field to send mails to users. 

This E-mail field on your screen on the screenshot, is it a custom field? If it is a user picker custom field, you need to add this customfield to your notification scheme, on the Issue Resolved event. But you need to add users,  not custom emails on this user picker field. If it is a text field, you need to write a custom script to send mails to the mail addresses you add to this field.
