Multiple customer panels in cloud system

Is possible to have more than one web panel (and URL) and then automatically assign a field in the form?

Can you please clarify what it is you require? Are you asking for more than one Customer Portal in Service Desk? By different URL do you mean the <your-instance> part, or something else?

Lastly, explain what you mean by automatically assigning a field in the form. If you can provide a use case or screenshot of an example, it will help us.
