Within the last week, we have seen a number of tickets/issues where an uploaded attachment is shown multiple times (same file 2 and 3 times next to each other). I thought this might be because the name was the same, as I saw in community that others had experienced, but that theory did not play out. My team almost 100% uses Chrome, but I can't say for sure of the people submitting. We started using Jira in June and this is the first we are really seeing this problem. And even though the user has permission to delete their own attachment, if you try to delete the extraneous ones, it deletes them all. So right now we are stuck with ,literally, all or nothing.
