Multiple Fields in One Label

Hi,

Is there any way we can add multiple fields in one Label like

Student Details

                Name __________

                Address ___________

                Cell No.  _______________

Please help if you have any idea how I can achieve this task.

That's not how fields work - you should probably add three fields, one for each line.
