Moving issues between Service Desk and Software projects

With the previous plugin version we were able to do this, but it seems with the new standalone version we can only link issues to projects in JIRA Software.  Are we missing something?

Could you kindly check if your user is a Service Desk Agent? Case yes, could you kindly give us a clarification about which steps are you doing?
