Moving a parent's issue status when move transition in sub-task

Hi

I am using JIRA Cloud and i want to change parent's issue automatically when i change sub task status. 

I followed this solution but nothing happened.

Can someone help and tell me what is wrong with my settings.

As you can see i have "In Progress" and "Testing" , what i need is if an issue moved to the "Testing" it's parent issue will be moved also automatically.

For that i put an additional post function to the "InProgress" status.  But when i move an issue from "In progress" to "Testing" nothing happens.

Hi,

it's hard to figure out what transition number 21 is.

Anyway, you should raise a support ticket on https://innovalog.atlassian.net/servicedesk/customer/portal/10 so that we can investigate why it's not working.
