Moving Jira and Confluence License from Server to Cloud

Hi there

I'm taking a look at the possibilty of moving our Jira and Confluence Server instance into the cloud and I just wanted to check if the licence would be transferable or if we have to look at purchasing an additional license.

Hi James,

It's not possible to transfer licenses to a different product. If you purchased your Jira/ Confluence Server licenses within the last 30 days, you'll want to reach out to our Advocates Team (select Billing, payments, and pricing) and they may be able to refund your last payment.

To get the Cloud license you can order that from our website the same place you did your Jira/Confluence licenses, just be suer to select Cloud instead.
