Move administrator role from one to user to another

Hi,

I've opened the company's JIRA account when we started a few months ago. Now, I'm leaving the company and want to move the account administrator to my successor. In Bitbucket I could transfer ownership for the repository. Is there something like that in Jira?

I can just revoke my account and see what happens but I'd rather ask here first...

I would suggest, let he disable you. if you disable yourself you will no longer be able to login. let him take the charge and disable you.

go to JIRA user management search the new user which will be next JIRA admin

and add groups- JIRA adminstrator and JIRA system administrator.
