Hey,
for our employee we've a CatchAll Queue "IT".
So we've some key users they move the tickets in the target/right queue.
e.g. admin, dev, designer, customer support ....
At the moment we move the ticket via "more action -> move".
my question is..
It's possible to integrate this in a workflow? I can't find any solution for this issue.
Any hints?
