Move Log Work back to top level navigation?

Just upgraded to Jira 6.2.
Log Work is now an extra click away--need to click on More than select Log Work.
Log work is one of the most frequent buttons we click. Now it is buried under a More button.
This really slows down the day to day operation of the product.

Is there some way to get Log Work back out on the top-level navigation?
