More than one test case template issue type

Matthias Baumhauer June 24, 2015

Hi,

we use Suitest for manual release test work. So far this works very well with our complex workflows for reviews of those tests and changes to test case templates. Now we want to use suitest for small standard tasks we do during deployment. The workflows are not that complex so we decided to create new issue types (Plan, Template, Checklist) for this task in a different project. Everything works fine so far but we are not able to add Templates to the Plan as the issue type for Template is not the configured TC Template issue.

Is there a way to specify two different issues types as TC Template?

Currently we are using the 2.9 version. Is this possible with the 3.0 version?

Hi Matthias,

In SuiTest (currently TestFLO) v3.0 we still have only one issue type recognized as TC Template, but in this version we added new configuration for project level.

Project configuration allow you to add SuiTest's (currently TestFLO) solutions in another project in easy and intuitive way. You can adapt your configuration for different project without changing anything in your project for test management.

If you have another questions about our plugin, please create ticket in our issue tracking system. You can count there on quick help from our Support team, because we don't visit this site every day.

Best Regards,

Łukasz Szarecki.
