Thanks, we did contact the Sales Team and a very helpful representivette, guided us through the errors of our ways - the team member that was logging in was in Jira, not atlassian, which the directions state pretty clearly, we were just not making the mental connection they were seperate. Thanks for pointing us in the right direction.
