Mobile app not recognizing account

Hi!

 

I recently set up a project meant to be used as a ticketing portal for employees to raise facility related service requests. We sent invites to all pertinent employees to Jira, as well as encouraged them to download the mobile Jira Cloud app. All employees have been able to set up their account in Jira on their computer just fine, however they are all getting error messages on the mobile app saying their email is not registered with Atlassian.

 

Any idea what the issue is? I was able to set up my mobile app just fine.
