Users are reporting, they are not able to see the old tickets in there profile,
All previously created tickets is not available, not closed or completed.

Could you please confirm that you are not using Jira Free tier? If you don't, then you can directly contact the Atlassian support so that they could investigate further with you.
If you use the Jira Free tier, then could you please that all your users are concerned by this issue?
