Missing options from side panel (reports and release)

Hello,

For some reason, suddenly the options from left panel are missing for the projects which were present earlier like "reports" , "release".

How can we fix that. Has any one encountered this issue.

HI @Rashmi Singh do you still have an active Jira Software license?

What is the project type where you are missing these options?

company managed project.

I am experiencing the same in our Sandbox.

Yes, license / payments current.

Oh. This is a Business project instead of a Software Project,... maybe that's why the left hand pane is different?

Found the issue , for my environment it was one of the scripts that malfunctioned and resulted in this issue.
