Missing notification on Issue Created event

Hi all

I've used Jira 5.1. I've few roles in some project in Jira. I set notification scheme:

Issue Created -> Reporter.

I've created jira account named test. I add the account to one role,

and I sent to the Jira an email from addres mentioned in test account.

Notifications about issue creation was missing, but Notification helper

said the user test received notifications from the Issue Created event.

So I add the user to another role with exactly the same permissions, and

notification about next issue creation was received. WTF? How can I debug it?

Hi, can you confirm the test user has a reporter of said issue? Each issue has an assignee and reporter and can be different per issue and not per project.

Yes I confirm. The test user is reporter of said issue. Cheers
