Missing Issue Count on Manage Filters Page after upgrade to 5.2.9

After upgrading from 5.1.1 to 5.2.9, if a user clicks on Manage Filters they no longer see the "Count" of issues currently being returned by that filter.

It seems that this was a bug previously reported (applies to both OnDemand and Download)

“We deliberately removed this count column as it was causing performance problems. It's not something we are planning at adding back in so I am closing this issue as won't fix.”
